GENTLE YOGA

All Levels Vinyasa is a traditional yoga practice centered around the synchronization of breath and movement. This class introduces sun salutations and an all-levels series of flowing, balancing, stretching, back bending, twisting and inverted postures all with detailed guidance from the instructor. Classes begin and end with a pranayama breathing exercise, deep relaxation and several minutes of meditation.

YIN YOGA

Yin Yoga is a slow, deep, powerful practice designed to lengthen your muscles and to stretch tendons, ligaments and fascia within the body. Each relaxed floor posture is held for 3-5 minutes, to encourage the slow and safe release of tension, resulting in an overall feeling of spaciousness and peace.
